iBuyers and Investors
This solution may be of value if you just want to sell as quickly as possible without regard to achieving full value for your home.
Investors make money by buying low and selling high, thus the price that they offer you will be made at a significantly lower price than what you can get on the open market.
I have seen some investors offer as low as 40% of actual value. Most will offer 60% to 65%, with some rare exceptions offering as much as 75%. Some will attempt to further reduce the price even after a signed contract if they feel that there might be too many additional expenses for them to take on.
But, if this is of value to you and meets your needs, it can be a viable solution.
I know of several investors that could be willing to submit an offer to purchase your home, if the price and potential profit is workable for them.
Just let me know if this is an option you wish to consider.
